reading. writing. translating.
I’ve read since I was a kid, and in high school long hours spent with classical texts made language come alive. Politics outside the classroom shaped my sensibilites. I’m currently finishing a work of narrative non-fiction on mental health systems in New York City, and my first novel. Feel free to reach out with interesting tips on French or Arabic literature or questions on the American market.
