About
I graduated from New York University in December 2019 with a BA in The Politics of Trauma and Translation. My individualised major allowed me to specialize in journalism, visual arts, and critical politics, alongside intensive study of Arabic and French. I spent three summers deepening my Arabic, two online at Sijal Language School (Aaman, Jordan) and one at the Sparachcaffe French-Arabic language school in Rabat, Morocco.
I currently work as an international literary scout at Franklin & Siegal.
Previously I’ve worked at literary magazines and human rights organizations. I’ve published work at the Yale Review and Literary Hub.
